Shipping Policy
At Proteingram, we aim to provide you with a seamless shopping experience from the moment you place your order to when it arrives at your doorstep. Below is our shipping policy to help you understand how we handle shipping and delivery.
1. Shipping Destinations
- We currently ship across India and also offer international shipping. Please note that international shipping and duty charges are additional and may vary based on location and order value.
2. Shipping Charges
- Express Shipping: Express shipping is available at an additional charge of Rs 180, which can be selected at checkout.
3. Order Processing Time
- Orders are processed within 2-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation. You will receive a notification once your order has been shipped.
4. Delivery Time
- Standard Shipping: Orders typically arrive within 5-7 business days after dispatch, depending on your location.
- Express Shipping: Orders typically arrive within 2-4 business days after dispatch.
5. Tracking Your Order
- Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to track your order. You can also track your order by logging into your account.
6. Shipping Restrictions
- Please ensure that your shipping address is complete and accurate. We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect addresses.
- We do not deliver to P.O. Boxes or military addresses.
7. Delivery Attempts
- Our courier partners will make up to two delivery attempts. If the package is not delivered after two attempts, it will be returned to our warehouse. In such cases, you can contact our customer service team to arrange a re-delivery at an additional shipping cost.
8. Delayed or Lost Packages
- While we strive to deliver your order on time, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances. If your order is delayed beyond the estimated delivery time, please contact our customer service team for assistance.
- If your package is lost in transit, we will work with our courier partners to locate it. If the package cannot be found, we will issue a full refund or send a replacement, depending on your preference.
9. Damaged Packages
- If your package arrives damaged, please do not accept the delivery and notify our customer service team immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or refund.
