At Proteingram, we are dedicated to delivering high-quality, custom-tailored products that meet your unique size requirements. Due to the customized nature of our items, we operate under a strict No Return & No Exchange Policy. Please carefully review the following conditions before making a purchase:
1. Return Eligibility
- Customized Products: All products are tailored according to the size and specifications provided by you. As such, returns cannot be accommodated.
- Sale: Every purchase made on our website is final. Once an order is placed and confirmed, it cannot be returned or cancelled.
- Defective or Damaged Items: If an item arrives defective or damaged, please contact our support team within [time frame, e.g., 48 hours] of receiving your order, providing your order number and photos. Proteingram may, at its discretion, offer a replacement for verified defective items.
- Shipping Fee for Exchanges: For any exchange due to a defect or wrong item received, a shipping fee of ₹180 will apply. This fee covers the shipping costs associated with sending the replacement item
- Store Credit Only: Upon approval of your return, you will receive store credit equal to the original purchase amount minus rs1 50 shipping fee. This store credit can be used for future purchases on our website. Please note that we do not offer refund.
- Opening Video Required: To be eligible for a return, an unedited video of the parcel being opened is mandatory. This video should clearly show the package as it was received, being opened for the first time, and the condition of the item inside. This helps us verify the condition and contents of the order upon receipt.
2. Non-Returnable Items
- Products marked as "Sale" or "Non-Returnable" at the time of purchase.
3. Refunds
- Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to your original payment method or as store credit, depending on your preference.
- Processing Time: Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to reflect in your account after we have processed the return.
- Deductions: If you opted for our return pickup service, a deduction of Rs 180 will be made from your refund amount.
- We do not offer direct Return. If your product is defective or you receive wrong only and only Return can be accepted. Opening video will must be required.

4. Exchanges
- No General Exchanges: Exchanges are not accepted except under specific circumstances, such as incorrect items, defects, or significant fitting issues. Please review our sizing information carefully before ordering.
- Conditions for Exchange: If your product qualifies for an exchange due to a fitting issue, defect, or wrong item received, please ensure that the item is returned in its original condition, with tags attached and unworn.
- Exchange Processing Fee: A fee of ₹180 will apply for processing the exchange and shipping the replacement item.
- Processing Time: Please allow 4-5 business days for us to process your exchange once the product has been received and inspected.
